Alicja Lubińska
Attorney-at-law in Kraków Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. She graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. She defended her Master’s thesis on medical law. During her studies she received the scholarship of the Rector of the Jagiellonian University for the best students.She completed her legal adviser’s training at the Bar Association in Cracow.
She has been associated with the Firm since 2016. She has experience in preparing documentation on personal data processing, advising consumers, conducting court and administrative proceedings, as well as providing day-to-day services to entrepreneurs, particularly in the area of drafting and providing opinions on contracts.
Her professional interests include such areas of law as labour law, social insurance law, commercial law, civil law, intellectual property law and personal data protection law. She is fluent in English, including legal English.
