Ongoing Legal Services

The aim of ATL LAW’s ongoing legal services is to provide comprehensive legal support to businesses across various areas of their operations.

Our priority is to ensure that Clients can focus on running their business, knowing that it is overseen by an experienced team of lawyers and other specialists from ATL LAW.

Entering into a long-term legal services agreement guarantees that the Client’s matters will be handled by an ATL LAW specialist who is thoroughly familiar with the company’s specifics and policies, organizational structure, industry and internal regulations, operating strategies, and service offering.

What do we do?

Permanent legal service

Ongoing legal services provide Clients with access to our law firm’s support within an agreed number of hours per month, offering full cost predictability. The fee for this service is calculated based on a preferential hourly rate, which is more advantageous compared to the cost of one-time assignments. If support beyond the agreed scope is required, the Client’s matters are treated as a priority, and additional hours are billed under preferential terms. Thus, ongoing legal services contribute to optimizing the operational costs of your company or institution.

As part of our ongoing client service, we also offer monthly subscription plans (starting from just 5 hours per month), which are settled on a quarterly basis, allowing Clients to allocate legal and tax advisory services according to their needs over a given period.
