What do we do?

Posting of employees

  • developing concepts and strategies for employee secondment,
  • obtaining necessary residence permits, work permits, and visas (for employees seconded outside the EU)
  • obtaining A1 and EHIC documents
  • coordinating international projects on a one-stop-shop basis

  • participation in proceedings for obtaining and extending work permits
  • advice on matters related to the legality of stay in the country, including support in obtaining permanent residence permits, visa procedures, and legalising the stay of a foreign national’s family
  • preparation of appeals against decisions and complaints to administrative courts
  • advice on forms of employment for foreign nationals
  • support with employing individuals with special status, including, among others, employees working in Poland under international agreements
  • preparation of employment contracts, civil law contracts, non-compete agreements, and other documentation related to the employment relationship
  • advice on issues that may arise during the course of employment
