Personal data protection

• Preparation and implementation of solutions in the company to ensure compliance with personal data processing regulations,
• Development and updating of documentation related to personal data processing, with particular emphasis on the GDPR and Polish regulations, including but not limited to data processing agreements, data protection policies, privacy policies, notices, and statements regarding data processing,
• Support in all matters related to the protection of employees’ personal data, including the collection of data from candidates and employees, and the performance of data controller obligations,
• Preparation of legal opinions on the lawfulness of personal data processing by the company,
• Conducting audits of documentation and company procedures for compliance with personal data protection regulations,
• Representation during inspections by the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO),
• Preparation of complaints concerning personal data protection violations to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
