Magdalena Słyś

Trainee legal counsel

A law graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. She completed her studies with distinction. Currently undergoing legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kraków.

At the Department of Public Economic Law and Economic Policy, she defended her master’s thesis titled “Hidden Advertising on Social Media as an Unfair Market Practice Based on Decision RBG – 9/2023” with a grade of “very good.”

At ATL LAW, Magda primarily handles matters related to labor law, commercial law, and company law. She is also a member of the Global Mobility Services team, supporting our clients in cross-border operations and employee postings outside of Poland.

Magda is fluent in English, including legal English, as well as in German.
