Alicja Lubińska – Obyrtacz

Attorney-at-law at the Cracow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. She graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She defended her master’s thesis in the field of medical law. During her studies, she received the Rector’s Scholarship for the best students at the Jagiellonian University. She completed her attorney-at-law apprenticeship at the Cracow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

Alicja has been associated with the Firm since 2016. She is well known among many of our Clients as an experienced specialist in transactional law, data protection, competition law, intellectual property law, as well as banking law.

Alicja also has extensive experience in administrative and administrative court proceedings.

She is fluent in English, including legal English.
